Important –

Things you should know about Solid surfaces in Preparation for your Granite or Quartz Counter top Installation,

GRANITE COLORS AND PATTERNS

*– Granite is a Natural material from the earth, It is generally Porous, this will present itself as  tiny pits within the stone ,or if you chose a Veining pattern it will have fissures and minor cracks within it ( these are cosmetic and will not weaken your countertop )  Caution ! — Marble is the softest of the stones and scratches very easily and cannot be guaranteed against scratches or scuffs

*–Please select and inspect your slab/s of Granite- This will help you understand any “flaws” that inherently exist within Granite

*– Once your slab has been fabricated there can be no return – Repairs may be performed as needed onsite

SINKS, Faucets, Cooktops and Garbage disposals

*Customer must supply the Faucet, the cooktops and the Garbage disposal — these must be on site the day of Installation / Return trips for added faucet holes etc –Please keep in mind cooktops and faucet holes are cut on site, and there will be debris from cutting. Please remove all items from drawers/ cabinets. Please be aware there will be some light cleaning to be done after installation.

*Customer may supply a sink of their choice provided it fits within the cabinet width and length and depth (some deep sinks may require work beyond or limits )

* Sinks purchased or supplied by Nature’s stone are sold without the Drain Basket assembly

( again,  depth of any sink may be too deep/low for older homes drain disposal limits)

Farm sinks  Must be in place before we measure your kitchen for countertops

CABINET PREPARATION *–All cabinets must be installed and secured to the walls

*– We Install the Countertop directly to your cabinets

Optional —REMOVAL OF EXISTING COUNTERTOP

*– If you remove your own countertops – Please have the plumbing disconnected and the tops remove cleanly down to the cabinet tops, any glue or debris must be scraped from the top of the Cabinets

Due to the age of your existing countertops it will be inevitable that minor damage will occur to cabinets in the removal process. This damage, at times, cannot be avoided due to the adhesive bond used when your original countertops were installed.

We do not offer any plumbing services.
